Information submitted through forms or email is treated as confidential business communication, but does not create a client relationship until a written agreement is executed.

Any estimates shared before contracting are informational and may change after discovery.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SameerDev disclaims liability for damages arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.

Governing law for any paid engagement is stated in the project agreement. These website terms apply only to use of this site until an agreement is signed.
